Within Health targets higher-acuity eating disorder care, serving patients who might otherwise need residential or day treatment programs. Partial hospitalization (PHP) provides the most intensive structure, while intensive outpatient (IOP) suits those who are medically stable but still need more support than weekly therapy. Both levels combine individual and group therapy, telepsychiatry, nursing support, dietitian sessions, and movement or experiential therapy, all delivered remotely.

Remote monitoring is what makes higher-acuity virtual care viable here. Within Health tracks physical health between sessions to provide the clinical oversight that eating disorder treatment at this level requires. Meal delivery is also available to give patients structured nutritional support in their own home. For patients whose geography or circumstances make residential treatment difficult, the combination of structured programming and in-home support fills a real gap.
