Monument

Monument pairs a physician who can prescribe medications like naltrexone or disulfiram with a therapist trained in alcohol use treatment. The two work together rather than in parallel without coordination, and the combination is designed so that medication and behavioral support reinforce each other. A moderated peer community is part of the platform and is accessible nationwide even where the full treatment program isn’t yet offered.

Because Monument’s licensed physicians and therapists must hold state licenses, the full program is restricted to states where the company has recruited providers. Around two dozen states are covered as of mid-2026, and Monument will notify you when your state becomes available if it isn’t yet. For patients in covered states, insurance is accepted through a growing list of plans, with self-pay rates available per visit.
