Trans Lifeline differs from other crisis lines by centering trans voices and experience. All operators are trans and trained in peer support, creating a line where you speak to someone who understands your reality.

Beyond immediate emotional support, they offer microgrants to help with immediate needs. Most importantly, they don't involve police or emergency dispatch unless you request it.
