FLOWN

FLOWN uses body doubling, a technique where working alongside others provides external structure and focus, delivered through live facilitator-led group sessions. Members join virtual rooms to work on tasks or goals while a facilitator guides the group, offering real-time accountability and the motivational lift that shared focus provides.

This works well for people with ADHD who struggle with task initiation or maintaining focus alone, and who respond to the presence of others. If you've noticed that working alongside friends or in a coffee shop helps you stay on track, FLOWN's structured version of that dynamic may be especially effective.
