Seleni Institute

Seleni specializes specifically in maternal and reproductive mental health, not general counseling. They offer both in-person sessions at their Manhattan location and telehealth to reach patients across the Northeast and into Florida and Virginia. Individual and couples therapy are available.

New parents can also join support groups with others navigating postpartum anxiety or depression. The nonprofit model keeps services more accessible.
