NAMI runs the nation's largest peer-led support network for mental health recovery. Its NAMI Connection groups bring together people in recovery to share experiences, and NAMI Family Support Groups help loved ones browse care, all free and available across communities nationwide and online.
Started in 1979, NAMI's peer support model connects people with lived experience to share strategies and build hope. Groups meet in-person in most communities and also online for flexibility.
