SonderMind takes a brief questionnaire at sign-up to understand what you’re dealing with and what you’re looking for in a therapist, then shows you providers in its network who match both your insurance and those preferences. The result is a shorter, more targeted list rather than an unfiltered directory to scroll through.
Therapy and psychiatry are both available, with visits by video or in person depending on the provider and location. For clients who already have a therapist but need medication management, the platform can sometimes help find a prescriber on the same insurance, making coordination between providers more practical. SonderMind operates across a growing number of US states and contracts with many major commercial insurers.
