Using the platform itself costs nothing. You see your expected cost before booking, and payment is collected at the copay or coinsurance rate your plan requires.
The provider network covers mental health therapy and psychiatry across all 50 states. Headway works with Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum affiliates, among others. Because it’s per-session rather than a subscription, there’s no lock-in: you can book as frequently or infrequently as makes sense and switch providers without penalty.
