Rula rebranded from Path Mental Health in 2024 and has since expanded to all 50 states and Washington D.C. The network includes licensed therapists and psychiatric providers treating more than 90 conditions, from anxiety and depression to ADHD and trauma. Psychiatry is available in 31 states at the time of writing, with therapy nationwide.
Insurance coverage is broad: Rula accepts Aetna, Anthem, most Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliates, Cigna, Kaiser (by referral), Optum, Oscar, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare, plus Medicaid in many states. The platform reports that 97% of patients find a therapist match on the first search, with most first appointments available the next day.
