Octave

Octave offers individual therapy, couples counseling, teen sessions, and family work through both video and in-clinic visits. Before your first appointment, the team contacts your insurer to verify coverage and sends you a written cost estimate, so there are no surprise bills after the session. The practice is in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Cigna, and HSA and FSA funds can be used to cover costs.

The practice applies a measurement-based care model, collecting symptom data throughout treatment to track whether the approach is working for you. In-person clinics operate in California and a handful of other states; telehealth is available in 23 states. Octave does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid.
