NAMI Peer-to-Peer is an eight-session educational program created by people with lived experience of mental illness. The program focuses on skill-building and mutual support, covering topics like self-care, stress management, medication information, and staying connected to your community. Sessions are led by trained peer facilitators who understand what you're going through firsthand.

This program fills a specific niche for adults who benefit from learning alongside others with mental health conditions, rather than one-to-one therapy or meditation alone. The structured curriculum and peer leadership create a supportive environment where shared experience becomes part of the healing process.
