Selah House provides residential and inpatient treatment in rural Indiana, focusing exclusively on adolescent girls and adult women with eating disorders. The program uses equine therapy alongside clinical treatment, with trained therapists working directly with horses to build therapeutic relationships and process emotions outside traditional talk therapy.

The whole-person recovery model addresses underlying trauma, relationship patterns, and mental health alongside eating disorder symptoms. Girls and women who respond well to nature-based approaches and structured residential placement will find a community-oriented setting designed for extended healing.
