Center for Change

Center for Change operates residential and day treatment programs in Utah and Idaho with a distinctive focus on adventure-based therapies alongside traditional individual and family work. The center includes an accredited on-site high school in Orem, allowing adolescents to continue their education without interruption while receiving intensive eating disorder treatment.

The program's integration of wilderness and experiential therapies helps clients build resilience and process underlying trauma outside the traditional therapy office. This model works well for adolescents and young adults who respond better to kinesthetic and immersive healing approaches alongside their nutritional rehabilitation.
