NQTTCN operates as both a therapist directory and a healing-justice organization. It connects queer and trans people of color with clinicians who share their identities, making it easier to find someone who doesn't need you to explain your experiences from scratch.
Beyond the directory, NQTTCN maintains a mental health fund for those who can't afford care, removing cost as a barrier to therapy. The network also emphasizes community healing and collective wellness, not just individual therapy sessions.
